The sub-client portal is a standalone, white-labelled web application hosted at:
Where {orgSlug} is the unique slug assigned to your org by the platform operator (e.g. acme-hosting). Your slug is visible in Settings → General in your reseller dashboard.

What sub-clients can do

Sub-clients log in to the portal to manage their own DNS zones and records without accessing your main reseller dashboard. From the portal they can:
  • View and manage all zones assigned to them
  • Add, edit, and delete DNS records (subject to your plan’s type restrictions)
  • Export zones as BIND zone files
  • Manage DNSSEC (if your plan allows it)
  • View change history for their zones
  • Manage their own portal password and two-factor authentication
  • Generate personal API tokens (if you enable this feature)

Branding

The portal inherits your org’s branding automatically:
  • Logo — displayed in the sidebar and login page header
  • Colours — primary, background, and sidebar colours
  • Custom domain — vanity domain with automatic SSL via Let’s Encrypt
  • Browser tab title — shows your org name, not “PanelDNS”
All branding is configured in your reseller dashboard at Settings → White Label.
